My client is urgently looking for an Housing Customer Service Officer to complete a contract for an interim basis to cover long term sick.
Duties will include providing full administration support to the Housing Management team.
Dealing with customers face to face and on the telephone.
Handling cash and updating files.
Offering basic housing advice to tenants on the telephone and face to face.
Applicants will need excellent administration and communication skills.
